Many different features need to be considered when it comes to lesson planning. Students' abilities, prior knowledge, and learning styles need to be considered, as well as what needs to be taught to students (progressions of learning). Time allotted as well as materials also needs to be considered. There are many resources such as online teaching resources and colleagues that can help when it comes to lesson planning.
